We are currently not accepting any returns at the moment. Therefore, it is highly recommended to please read the descriptions of each item before purchasing. Exchange is acceptable as long as the item is unworn and it must have the original tags. Cancelling Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any order once placed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers have up to 2 days after the delivery date to notify us of any damages or issues with items.
Lost or stolen packages
Once an item is shipped, packages are in the hands of USPS or UPS depending on the shipping method you've selected. For this reason, "A Dose Of Jazline Boutique" DOES NOT cover any lost or stolen packages. In the event that your packaging is missing, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number so that they can further assist you. Replacement packages will not be granted for any lost or stolen packages.
